The hotel is nice and clean. The staff were friendly. The only things I could suggest would be to extend the hours of the restaurant/bar in the main lobby and to add comfortable seating in the main lobby. There is plenty of space to do so.

The lobby is very nice. The room is kind of small but has everything you need except for water. You have to buy water from the 7/11 in the lobby, but it is usually fully stocked & has everything that other 7/11s’ in japan has. Friendly staff, except for a couple of the 7/11 workers if you’re non-native to the area. Shopping center with a big food court is 1 street away

翌日違うプランで予約していたので部屋移動などが面倒なので当日フロントでアップグレードのリクエストをした所、翌日と同じ部屋にアップグレードしてくれました。昔からあるホテルなので古さは仕方ないです。

チェックインに時間が、他よりはかかる気がしますが、宿泊者は、当日も翌日も荷物を預かってくれて驚きでした！駅のロッカー利用しなきゃと思っていたのでこのサービスはとても助かりました！ありがとうございます。

El cuarto es muy pequeño, tuvimos que reservar 2 noches más de la que ya teníamos y nos sacaron del cuarto para volvernos a meter a otro diferente siendo que los cuartos eran lo mismo. Los cuartos están viejos

這間房間可能還沒有改裝，比較老舊一點，浴室好像沒有排風扇，毛巾用過後隔天早上還不乾。床很好睡，不會太硬太軟。早餐滿好吃的，蛋料理如果有荷包蛋更開心，師傅人很好，補貨的速度很快。
