Disappointed

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend The hallways constantly smelled like marijuana, and people were openly smoking near the pool area, which made the environment very unpleasant. Our bathroom flooded due to water leaking from the shower, soaking the entire floor. The “included breakfast” was nothing special, and the customer service was far from satisfactory. Overall, a very disappointing experience—I won’t be coming back.

The hotel was disgusting. The carpet was smelling like old mole, wet dirty. The breakfast was bread and oatmeal. The smell of humidity of wet mold was overpowering. The carpets were in the corner is disgusting.

We came on a short visit to miami. Good breakfast. The only problem thin walls you can hear the people in the room next to you. The bathroom only had a shower and no tub. Good location, not bad for the price

The hotel is very well located near everthing but the hotel needs an update. Bathroom looks old so do the rugs. It was ok for a 1 night since we where m esr where we needed to go but needs improvement. Staff was nice.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Room was in poor condition with cracks on walls and smelling rugs. AC did not work well at all. There were roaches all over and when we asked for the manager, we was told there was no one to talk to. Never again!!!!

Could have been better.

The elevator should’ve been in a better condition than what it was. It was held together the buttons and the doors were taped. The room had a stuffy, funny smell. The water was not hot. It was between lukewarm and cold and the soap containers in the shower were nasty. They need to be clean better. The breakfast was all right. It was so so.

Not returning.

Room condition not as pictured. We requested to be moved to different room due to moldy smell (I believe from soiled/wet carpet) Hotel is filthy from lobby to room. Key card stopped working (twice). We went down to lobby for replacement. Receptionist did not confirm name in reservation before issuing new card (scary). We did not stay for breakfast. Not booking this hotel in the future.
