The room is beautiful but in my room there had been a water damage from bathroom so the wall was not clean, also mold on the bathroom ceiling and the shower head was clearly dirty with old grim which you need to avoid in a hotel at this price point.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would like to commend the team for the generally good level of service provided. The room was satisfactory and comfortable, though I found the pillows to be a bit too soft for my preference, which affected my overall rest. Breakfast was a highlight of my our stay, with a very good selection and quality of food. However, we noticed that the service in clearing empty plates could be improved. On a few occasions, some staff walked past our table, appeared to notice the empty plates, but did not clear them. This resulted in plates being left on the table longer than expected.

The breakfast menu was fresh and locally sourced. I loved the variety, and everything was delicious. The spa was outstanding. My daughter and I enjoyed a spa day together. They accommodated her age and my sensitive skin. The tea served before and after the treatments was delicious. Ten days there, it was sad to leave what felt like home. Can’t wait to go back!
