Everyone was genuinely nice. The food wasn’t as good as the surrounding areas. The facility had not got water for showers.

8/10 Very good

Fine for a short break.

Clean but dated. The pool was great , free towels and loungers . No safe in the room , and no air con so I wouldn’t want to be here in the summer . Food at dinner was limited but very good.

2/10 Poor

This is a complete shamble. The hotel is not fit for staying from all angles , hygiene far belw standard. Old nothing is working including light, tabs in the toilet, shower not working. It should be reported to the local authorities to close it. There is no light inthe Communal area people are using torch. This complete theft.
El Mostafa, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

It is apparent that the hotel at one time was quite lovely with large rooms, large reception areas, and a garden. But it is in desperate need of renovation. My room was clean luckily (others were not) but the carpet was worn with what appeared to be burned in footprints, worn tired towels, unreliable WiFi (was there on business), dimly lit hallways at night (if at all). My toilet was obviously not cleaned after my first night (but was thereafter). Breakfast is included but very limited options. Hotel is on a small street which also needs repair and other hotels in immediate area seem to be vacant. I hear Semiramis is seeking new ownership. Hopefully so with full renovation as there is definite potential to make the hotel great.

Hôtel vieillot. Grand besoin d'une bonne rénovation. Propre.

6/10 Good

Personne nest souriant.
valerie, 11-night trip

6/10 Good

8/10 Very good

Very big hotel, very old needs renovations. Theres no hair dryer or iron in the rooms, not enough light in the room. Need to get new beds, shower needs to be updated . Breakfast is the same everyday. There’s potential once it’s renovated. The staff are very nice

Lovely gardens around the pool. Staff was very attentive and courteous. Food was excellent and good value. Property was a little dated but is getting updated next year. Definitely recommend.

6/10 Good

Sadly this hotel has faded and is not kept up.

This used to be my favourite hotel in Marrakech and I have stayed here many times. Sadly after change of owners recently the hotel has lost its charm and all services are of lower quality. The rooms are not updated nor taken properly care of anymore. The cleaning of terraces etc. is poor. The reception staff is not as friendly as before and there is no alcohol sale in the bar anymore and no safety boxes at the rooms. Several days we had to ask for new towels up to 3 times before they where delivered to the room. Still some of the longtime workers there are nice and serviceminded but overall this stay was very disappointing. This has happened since october 2024 when we stayed there last time.

Rustique passage

Worst hotel ever

Awful stay. They initially gave us THE worst room they had I payed with rewards I guess they can see that so they gave us the WORST room in the entire hotel. I also payed dor a 3 bed room they gave a 2 bed. The worst part winter in a room where the heating did NOT work and they new that I went to reception 3 times and said we where freezing that we needed help they ignored it finally at 7pm (7 hours after chekin) I was fed up went to reception raised my voice in front of new guests that was the only way they finally changed us from room where they had a separate A/C heater unite installed because the hotels central heating had not been working for years.

Veysel, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. There were numerous issues throughout my stay that made it quite unpleasant: 1) Uncomfortable Bedding: The pillows were essentially tiny cushions, making it very difficult to sleep. The bed was also uncomfortably low. 2) Room Cleanliness: The floor was dirty, and there were broken tiles in the bathroom, which created an overall unclean and unsafe environment. 3) Bathroom Issues: The toilet was leaking, which was unhygienic and inconvenient. 4) Access Problems: The doors didn’t function properly. I had to go to reception just to have them unlock my door, and I later realized the doors were left unlocked during the night, which raised safety concerns. 5) Noise and Odor: Doors were constantly slamming, and there was a pervasive smell of cannabis throughout the hotel 6) Safety Concerns: These issues, particularly the unlocked doors at night, made me feel uneasy. Overall, the establishment felt poorly maintained, and I am relieved it was only a transit stay. I would not recommend this hotel to others based on my experience.
Asim, 1-night trip

6/10 Good
