We loved our second stay at BV Grand. The staff is great and Sunset restaurant is our favourite for the food and also the majestic sunset view. Rooms were very clean and the service was efficient everyday. We missed having a bit more protein options at the Buffet restaurant. Jorge our pool server is the best and always makes our stay so pleasant . We loved the Mexican night . It was the highlight of our stay . The Tradicional Mexican shows were the best. Point to improve: the bike service. Bikes need some maintenance or replacement.
