Stunning hotel. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. Rooms were recently refurbished and lovely clean and quiet. Location was great! 20 min walk from Euston and 10 min walk walk to the west end. Bed was so comfy! Didn’t wanna leave it. Great coffee machine and shower was really nice! Only thing is there wasn’t towels for two of us and reception did bring the towels a bit later but by then my friend had already showered.
