We were in Tokyo for the weekend. The hotel is very new and well kept. It is within walking distance of Tokyo station and Ginza is also within walking distance. So many places for food and shopping. Our room was a decent size and the staff at the hotel were very kind and accommodating.

We loved staying here. The rooms and beds were comfortable, the room was clean and quiet, and the accessibility to Tokyo Station and other transportation was great. I also loved the selection of amenities and the large bathroom with shower and tub. It was a basic hotel. Rooms are small. There is no concierge service. There is a 7/11 downstairs. Any amenities you have to take from the reception. The reception helped get us a taxi which took us to the wrong place despite me telling the receptionist that we needed to go get the Airport Shuttle and showed the address. The taxi driver was kind enough to ask us to pay the amount quoted and then continue to take us to the right spot free of charge.

Great hotel and ideal location

The room was compact and very clean, bathroom was a good size compared to some others in Tokyo. The room was serviced at your request as were the towels etc. The location was ideal, close to Tokyo Station and just 20 meters away from Kyobashi subway on the Ginza line. I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel, staff were very helpful and pleasant.
