The exterior and interior are very dated. The room temperature was difficult to get right. The hotel is in 2 buildings so you stay in one building but the food and front desk are in another building so you have to register on one building but you stay in the other. Then in the morning you have to leave your building, walk outdoors and get breakfast...not fun and less fun with kids.

Bed bug and overall not a good experience

Bed bugs. Dirty blankets. Bathroom was a mess. Breakfast options were very limited, not even simple things like peanut butter, yogurt was available; only exception was the coffee was fresh. Front desk staff was friendly, courteous to deserve an additional star on some sections.

The Hotel has a lot free parking area and the staff is friendly and check in is quick. The room is clean but our rollaway bed is dirty, bed sheet and blanket have multiple stains so we requested another clean set and they were sent to the room soon.

They have upgraded so much. I enjoy my stay. It’s been a while since I stayed here but during this visit, I took full advantage of the amenities at this hotel. Staff was friendly and it was clean for the most part. Housekeeping wakes you up every day at 9am even if you have the “do not disturb” sign on the handle. The sheets and towels had stains. The hallway smelled of smoke and alcohol. Overall it’s a nice place to stay short term or for the night if you’re on a budget.

This was a 2 night stay and an entire day was plagued with toilet flushing issues. From the moment we checked in. They did immediately send a repair person but the problem was not fixed. Another person was sent the next day. Approx $470 was spent on this stay and there's no acceptable reason why we needed to be lifting a toilet tank each time for the toilet to work. This was unacceptable and an inconvenience.
