Family visit

Adequate parking pet accommodation was good we had no tv thought that was odd questioned it with front desk said could not get one put in while we where there tub backed up while taking a shower depending on how long one took water filled quickly up past ankles.continental breakfast great lots of variety.

Needs a remodel!

Shabby! Dirty, loose carpet throughout, spotty paint throughout, smoke/musty smell. Grimy window sills, spider in its web in shower. Shower water either scalding hot or freezing cold - no in between ever found.

Dirty.

Dirty. Floors haven't been mopped in a decade. Showers had mildew, room smelled like smoke, and fridge didn't work. Breakfast was disgusting.

Nice atmosphere and architecture... Cozy setting, rocking chairs on two front porches, cracker barrel behind even though hotel breakfast was good. Needs some touch-ups with paint, softer mattress And a little bit more cleanliness. The two pools were actually conjoined but one part is outside and the other part's inside. There was a problem that the bathrooms sewers in the pool area from the breakfast seating area and it was taken care of right away. The price was a little bit high and the place was a little bit farther away from the location that we were hoping to visit, but it was comfortable.

We arrived late friday night/ early Saturday morning after 3 am but were checked in automatically at 12:08 am. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and super nice. When we checked out it was a completely different experience the man at the front desk was rude and very confrontational. When we told him about how dirty our room was we were told policy states that after checking in we have 30 minutes to decide that the room is unacceptable and would receive a full refund but kinda hard to do when we were checked in hours before arrival. The room was not cleaned very well and there was an empty sandwich bag on the dresser as well as other dirty spots around the room. Front desk service wasn’t too friendly and there was no type of transportation service available. If you don’t have your own transportation, then you will be stuck in the hotel, however my room was comfortable for the stay.

Wet. Flooded? Smells.

This whole hotel smells of mold and cigarettes and while I can tell they are doing their best with a packed house (by “best” I mean, there is a loud fan running in the hallway) they have not fixed whatever flooding or leaking happened before we got here. The floor is literally damp and the bedding is too.
