I will tell you the good parts and then the bad. The location can’t be beat, it’s in the Gothic area and it’s surrounded by great places to eat all in walking distance. One staff member named Mr. Diallo, was great from the minute we got there and had great recommendations for a restaurant around the corner. He personally walked us to it and told the waiter there to take care of us. The dining experience for breakfasts is was in a very beautiful location and a good meal!
I gave it a poor rating because the room was tiny, the AC didn’t work properly, so it was always warm there even after complaining. One of the staff members lied to us when we asked them about changing our room and about the size of the bed. We weren’t even talking to him, and he stepped in and said all the beds are the same sizes, which was a total lie because I had checked before I arrived, and I asked for a larger bed and they said the largest bed was a queen. We were stuck in less than a full-size bed. It was flat and hard. It was the tiniest room I’ve ever seen. I got to the point where we were just dying to get out of there, if it wasn’t the beginning of holy week and a great area, we would’ve ran out of there. Lastly, I added my girlfriend because I didn’t initially have her on the reservation. They charger me an extra 50 Euros a night for an extra towel? Most hotels charge around 25 Euros, I felt like I was ripped off. Buyer beware!
