The pool and the kids activities were great. Also lovely to walk to Legoland. The hotel rooms are cleaned with bleach and heavy fragrance throughout the hotel. The staff was not very helpful, we couldn't check in until 20 minutes after check in because a room wasn't available. They did not give a run down of all the activities available to kiddos, no introduction to the differences between two pools, someone was often not at the front desk and it was hard to get service in the bar/lunch area.
