This motel is very unsafe. Staff opened room door without permission of guest. The room is very dirty. Staff attitude is not friendly. WiFi is very weak and cannot connect.

A good choice with limited budget

The person in counter is nice. Probably the boss. Although the motel is not the best, you can have a good rest before traveling to Grand Canyon Park!

Never again

This place is definitely not a luxury place or even delightful. Im a combat marine and even I was like "oh no". The facilities are not maintained and things are falling apart. I made the unfortunate mistake of not reading the reviews and simply went off of the price. The front desk was hospitable but the overall comfort was very disappointing. The pool doesnt even have water in it. The AC was weak.

Budget motel

Overnight stay on the way to Vegas. Clean motel but was showing age and wear and tear. Bathroom was not all that clean. A bit noisy in the middle of the night. Staff seened pleasant.

The room was okay. It was very small (the smallest room I have ever stayed in) but it was comfortable, for the most part. However, there was no desk, table or chair in the room so I had to sit on the bed to watch TV, or work on my laptop. The heater worked great and the water was nice and warm. Also, it did not appear that room service ever went in during my entire stay (5 nights).

We didn’t last long in the room. First we found strands of hair between the sheets then stains on the bedding, we were told “it’s only on the decorative blanket, not on the sheets” but when I went looking, the sheets were stained too. Once looking everywhere, we took pictures and left to get our money back. The front desk receptionist told my husband not to upload pictures if we decide to give a review. Nothing looks like it’s ever been dusted or wiped down, from the side tables, inside the microwave,

You get what you pay for. Specifically regarding the three-bed "family room" -- needs some paint touch-up and, more importantly, a totally new shower fixture, which is obviously a makeshift repair. Otherwise in-line with Super 8 standards and expectations.

Property was clean but worn. The floors are creaky and the seal under the door was almost completely gone, allowing a cold draft in at all times. Our room featured double queen beds which were hard and not the most comfortable. While checking in, I had asked the manager if breakfast was offered and he said that it was a "grab and go" style breakfast, considering if granola bars and coffee. The first morning, no food was set out and the coffee maker was hardly working. I didn't even bother trying on the second morning. The staff was nice enough, but the property needs some TLC. It's an okay place to crash for the night in the middle of a long road trip, but I would not recommend this for a multi-night stay or for someone looking for a nice room.
