Room was unclean, DO NOT believe the TikTok hype. The sink stunk and they couldn’t do anything about it apart from spraying the room. Bathroom toilet wasn’t clean, kitchen sink wasn’t clean and neither was the room. Only thing done was the bed lol. They also stole my Pandora ring since they conveniently can’t find it!!! ALSO, don’t bother paying deposit with a debit card because it takes ONE MONTH to get it back.

The hotel has excellent service. My butler was amazing. They accommodated all my requests. They have an Indian chef - Satya. Who arrange Aloo paratha for us for breakfast. I wish the spa lady would be more accommodative in terms of timing
