I was extremely disappointed. Although the hotel was beautiful and all the amenities were top tier, when i arrived my room was not ready. I waited and got lunch. When i returned I was told the hotel could not accommodate me. Although i had a reservation made months in advance i was told there was a problem with the room and they had no more rooms, and i should go to another hotel. This was extremely disturbing. After hours of back and forth they finally gave me a room. It was not what i had reserved, but it was sufficient.
