Water was not running, they said they will fix it but then it was dirty, can’t even take a a shower. Had to leave but Hotels.com refused to relocate us and we had to book last minute for our selves. Terrible experience with the hotel and with Expedia/Hotels.com.

Filthy

The beds were great. The hot water was good. The towels were very small and there was just one face cloth. However the room was filthy. Opened the drawer by the bed and decided to never put anything in it as it also had never been cleaned. Even the phone look like it had never be cleaned I was afraid to even touch it there was so much crud on it. The bathtub was rusty and chipped. The bathroom light only had on bulb even though it was supposed to have a few more. The light bar was very rusty as well. The base board look like hair was growing out of it. It was so bad we could not bear to stay the second night so we left after the first night. What a waste of good money.

Propreté loin des standards hoteliers

L'accueil était foid mais poli, juste le minimum. Il est rare de constater un tel état de non propreté dans un hotel. De ce fait nous nous sommes permis de regarder sous les lit et là, c'est assez incroyable....Cure dents, ongles coupés, poussière en quantité. Poussières sur les têtes de lit et abat jour. Draps propres mais tachés et vieux.

Bath tub black mould,Bottom of tub black, toilet won’t flush. Fridge door won’t shut. Walls with grease spots. Smelled horrible. The nice picture they show outside patio door weeds and brown grass and lots of dog poop. I had to leave. They would not give me a refund. I complained to Expedia got me one night rebate instead of 3. The pictures on your certainly depicted something entirely nicer. For 1st Time using Expedia what a shock
