The hotel rep contacted at 7:30 PM to let us know that the reservation is cancelled when we were 1.5 hour away from checking in due to the kids soccer game. We had no place to go since no hotels had any rooms available for that night! The worse travel experience!

Stay away from this pathetic place

This place is beyond terrible, we walked in the woman at the deck was busy talking to her friend on the phone, so we waited. The room was just filled with cigarette smell. They had a used bar of soap in a plastic cup to use & no towels to dry your hands & face with. There was a chair in the room that was all rotted. Needless to say we walked out & stayed at another hotel down the street. They refused to return our money. This site won't let us add pictures.

We called this hotel and left. The window was smashed and the room was full of cockroaches. There was also police surrounding the building as there was an intruder in the building. Wasn’t safe and we were assured a refund. We went to another hotel and booked it through Expedia.
