Holiday trip to Alicante

The room was very small but quiet.Stuff friendly.The best is the location-walking distance to the port and beach and in a 5 min walk you are in a centre.The beach was very crowded and busy and next time I would rather stay outside Alicante close to Sant Juan beach 🏖️

Nice establishment, we got checked in very early by a friendly receptionist. Out booking came with a bottle of Cava. Room was Nice and clean, spacious and quiet. Hotel is a walking distance from the main bus station, bars, restaurants and opposite Mercadona - a large supermarket. We would recommend the place!

The location was very central,market store across from the hotel and shops around. The beach was also close to us which we would walk there in the morning for our breakfast even though they have a bakery and Cafe down the street. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice, they helped us with our boarding pass and print out. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in. A completely OK hotel. The room was spacious for three people, good bathroom, clean. Other than that, nothing great or special about the hotel. It serves its purpose if the purpose is to have a place to sleep. Walls were pretty thin though.

The property was in walking distance of most areas. The ladies on reception were very helpful. Comfiest bed and pillows. The only down side was we had to ask twice in the 7 days for our room to be serviced but the cleaning was excellent. Unexpected bonus was a small seating area off the room.

We arrived at this hotel after having stayed at one that did not have air-conditioning functioning. It was a beautiful relief to have an air-conditioned room. The staff is friendly and professional. The room was large and comfortable. The only drawback was that it was a bit far from the central area but good value overall

Lovely and clean, great staff ,very convenient to town centre unfortunately the position of the property was on a very noisy street with most nights drunks walking by shouting and disturbing… Also being right opposite a super market very early deliveries to the market was disturbing.. it’s no reflection on the hotel just wrong position… It is a 4 star hotel no doubt with great amenities such as sauna,steam room however I personally think it lacked little of buzz, excitement and entertainment… Most hotels I know make rooftops more entertaining than just large space for sunbathing. I would love to see a small pool,a bar and a DJ playing some cool chillout music…. Last 3 nights of my stay were unpleasant as guests above me made so much unnecessary noise which kept me awake…very tiring indeed.

Check in was fast and friendly. I booked a double room for single use with breakfast . Room 420. The room was large, spotless and had a nice bathroom. Sadly, the drink’s fridge was locked so couldn’t store any cool drinks and there is no kettle for tea and coffee. ( I always carry my own so no problem there ). I slept very well, although, due I think, to the wooded flooring you can hear other guests moving and banging about above you. I booked the room and added breakfast, which I have to say was a nightmare. I went down at 0900 thinking ( wrongly) that it would be fairly quiet with all the business people gone. The breakfast room is far too small for the size of the hotel and was absolutely packed. Many seemed to be Japanese tourists and others with screaming kids. The breakfast itself was quite basic with just the usual Spanish fare. I went up to get some juice and when I returned there was someone sitting at my table who I had to remove as it’s so busy and full. I was happy to finish quickly and get out of there. Had I been here for more than a single night , I would have had breakfast in one of the many lovely cafes open round the corner. Apart from that it’s a centrally located hotel very clean with nice staff. I would return again, but obviously skip the breakfast.
