This hotel was listed as pet friendly. I arrived, with my pet, and was not allowed to check in. They stated they would work with Hotels.com to give me a refund, as my room was nonrefundable, but this wasn't my fault. So far, they have NOT answered or communicated with Hotels.com for this refund that I was told I would get. The front desk man was rude and not helpful to me. The floor in the lobby was filthy, there were people right out front smoking, blowing the smoke inside, and a woman was stating to me that her bed had a hole in it. I never made it to my room to assess that myself.
