Wonderful clean hotel

Wonderful hotel. A bit older hotel, but it’s clean and you get fresh towels everyday. If you think of staying here, it’s only a 800-1000yen taxi ride for the Tokyo station. Well worth it.

The hotel is walking distance away from the central Tokyo train stations and subways. The room is clean and the staff are quite helpful. I recommend this hotel for solo travelers.

This was a pretty good/average hotel. The staff being helpful was a huge part of making our stay better. They helped us out with the Yamamoto transport service for our luggage which was very helpful since we don’t write/speak Japanese. Also, there’s literally a convenience store connected to the hotel. However, this hotel was far from everything. It was a bit of a burden to get to the trains and go out to where you needed to go.

O hotel está localizado pertinho da estação de metrô Kayabacho (menos de 100 metros), é um dos poucos hotéis que possuem camas queen size nessa faixa de preço em Tóquio, e o quarto é relativamente grande pros padrões da cidade (16m2), com direito a um sofazinho pequeno e uma mini-mesa de lanche e trabalho. O banheiro é pequeno, o que é padrão nos hotéis executivos de Tóquio (parece uma versão de banheiro de avião, adicionando mais uma ducha/banheira). Tem um Family Mart no térreo com acesso exclusivo pro hotel, e vários restaurantes na região. Há também um 7 Eleven na rua de acesso ao metrô. Recomendo que observem se o quarto é para fumantes, não percebi isso e acabei reservando um sem querer, mas nada que 2 minutos de janela aberta não resolva (ao menos 90%). Enfim: se o preço estiver bom, reserve sem medo, se um dia eu voltar o Keio Presso estará na minha lista de opções de novo, com certeza!

Terrible place to stay. Reserved a non-smoking room and they gave us a smoking room. We eventually found out from the smell of the room, and asked them to change. But they didn’t have a regular smoking room and gave us a smaller non-smoking room. Also they charged us a over-time checkout when they didn’t even tell us an exact checkout time. JUST DO NOT STAY HERE
