We booked last minute and we made the best choice. Every member of staff was outstanding and so helpful. You can walk everywhere, you can see the cathedral (and hear the bells!) from the roof and walk there in 5 mins. The food options around are excellent and there is also shops close. If we ever go back, I wouldn’t even look at another hotel, this is the place I’m staying ❤️

It gave an immediate sense of quality and care that set the tone for the rest of the stay. What truly made this experience unforgettable was the staff. Without doubt, the most helpful and genuinely welcoming team I’ve ever encountered at any hotel. Sergio, Joanna, and others went out of their way to make everything perfect—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. And then there’s the rooftop. A stunning pool with panoramic views stretching across the city, including a breathtaking view of the cathedral just a stone’s throw away. It’s the kind of place you could spend hours relaxing, soaking in the atmosphere above the city. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. It may be rated 3 stars, but in every way that matters, it delivers a 5-star experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at Joya del Casco. It is an excellent, quiet location. We loved staying in the old town with the narrow streets and beautiful architecture. Everything is within walking distance is in walking distance. We had a lovely welcome when we arrived and were given lots of helpful information about the city. The room was comfortable and the hotel had everything we needed for our stay. Wonderful,plentiful choice of food for breakfast. We would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the team

Everything was great. First of all, the people who welcomed us at the reception were all very friendly and attentive. They immediately gave us very good information about where to visit. The breakfast was very nice and sufficient. Apart from that, the hotel is in a very central location where you can walk everywhere. It was definitely a great experience. If I come again, I would choose to stay here without hesitation!
