This hotel is fabulous. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and well appointed and the restaurants and bar are awesome. The location is across the road from the beach and only a couple of blocks to the main shopping. There are restaurants and cafes all around the hotel. I can highly recommend a stay here!

I’ve stayed twice in two months and each time the experience has been wonderful! The check-in was smooth and the staff were so friendly! They gave me an upgrade and a drink voucher as well! From the time we arrived we were impressed with the service and cleanliness of the hotel. Our room was ready before the standard check in time and we were allowed a late checkout. Our stay had been booked to celebrate a special birthday and a bottle of champagne was provided. The swimming pool located on the roof had warm water jets taking the chill off the pool which was really appreciated. The beds were super comfortable and the Leif brand toiletries smelt divine. Overall, our stay was a birthday to remember...

Conflicted review…. Stayed 2 nights, only got one good nights rest. The good - great location, nice staff. Terrible room first night - the room itself wasn’t overly clean, glasses with chipped rims, and there was construction and banging noises (which vibrated the room so ear plugs no use). Second night like a different hotel - beautifully clean room and even had nicer toiletries… everything looked perfect.. 1 star first night, 5 star the second night

Manly Pacific Hotel is not value for money

I stayed here with my 88 year old mother. Our room was ok, except it felt like housekeeping had not checked the room for a while as there was dust in the cups, only 2 sheets of tissue paper, broken top of pen on beside table from a previous pen!! The fan in the bathroom was also broken!! This is not indicative of the cost paid for!! We spent 3 nights in Singapore before arriving in Sydney, this hotel is miles apart from the one there, yet the price difference's per night was only £110.00. ( Breakfast was included in our Singapore hotel which was excellent). Staff at front desk and Beach club were very friendly. I asked for a slightly late check out due to my mother’s age and mobility, they could only offer 1 hour!! ( Hotel in Singapore offered 3 hours) I really don’t think that this hotel is value for money!!
