Perfect spot with a great view of the city, easy check-in procedure, ample parking all around the area. You walk to the castle in 1 minute. This is definitely the heart of the City and best place to stay! Staff is very helpful with all questions

Nice for overnight stay Spiral staircase tight.

Found it difficult to find and when we did phone number was unattainable. However the owner had sent us a message on our phone, which we failed to see. We had very small suitcases thank goodness, you would really struggle to get larger suitcases up the tight spiral staircase.

Wij hadden pech met lekkage problemen wc waardoor dat luid en non stop doorliep. Ook onze bovenburen vonden het nodig tot 06.00 uur in de ochtend herrie te maken. Voor prijs/kwaliteit een kleine voldoende. Veel stof overal onder bed en bij airco en geen verschoning bed/handdoeken en dat bij 4 nachten. Wel hele vriendelijke man die ons te woord stond maar appartement heeft (te) veel gebreken en helaas niet schoon.

Cominciamo con i punti a favore. 1. La posizione è ottima, il parcheggio si trova facilmente (prima delle 18:00) e la camera è vicina ai maggiori punti di interesse del paese e a diversi punti di ristoro. 2. Il check-in è stato puntuale, all'orario concordato. 3. Prezzo relativamente basso. Purtroppo i punti a sfavore sono tanti. Le recensioni parlano di scaldabagno che perde e di scale estremamente strette per la salita in camera. Per quanto il secondo punto sia strutturale e di difficile risoluzione, il primo è presente anche in altre recensioni. Il gestore della struttura ci ha detto che il problema è recente, purtroppo in realtà si legge di altri ospiti che hanno avuto la stessa problematica. Il boiler goccia direttamente sulla presa elettrica del bagno. Gli asciugamani erano sporchi di mascara, la camera si è allagata dal bagno al letto in due ore di scaldabagno acceso, per ovviare al problema mi è stato detto di chiudere i flessibili del boiler e spegnerlo. La colazione si fa al bar davanti ma ti offrono un singolo cornetto o brioche e una singola bevanda calda. Pulizia estremamente approssimativa, ragnatele sulla superficie direttamente sopra ai cuscini. Abbastanza deludente, salvato unicamente dal prezzo particolarmente basso, anche se abbiamo soggiornato a inizio settembre e quindi ancora in stagione. Stanza totalmente priva di rilevatore di fumo, e segnalazione di uscita di emergenza. Invito chiunque abbia intenzione di leggere le recensioni su Google maps.

Die Wohnung war im 2.Stock (oberste Etage) über eine sehr schmale Treppe zu erreichen. Mit schwerem Koffer etwas anstrengend. Die Einrichtung ist sehr neu. Leider war der Kühlschrank nachts sehr laut. Wir waren in der Nachsaison (Ende September), so dass es im Haus und in der Umgebung sehr ruhig war. Die Wohnungen haben am Eingang nur eine dünne Schiebetür, so dass es doch etwas hellhörig ist. Parkmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Zum Strand und Castello nur ein kurzer Fußweg. Frühstück in einem Cafe um die Ecke. Wohnungsübergabe im Büro um die Ecke.
