Just the basics

Check in was great, quick and friendly. Layout of the room wasn't very good with the sink far from the bathroom. Breakfast was the worst, hardly anything there and they ran out of coffee. Coffee cups had no lids anyway.

Room was dirty, body hair all over bathroom floor and toliet, pool was empty and the pool area was being used for storage. Bed sheets had hair on them. Breakfast could have been better.

The girl at the front desk got me and my mom a handicap room. I made staying there with my mother who just had 2 hip replacements easy.

This hotel was a bit rough around the edges. Pool still under renovation. They advertised breakfast but it was only coffee and packaged sweet roll.

Very disappointed that the pool was down. My daughters were looking forward to swimming. You pay for the room on Expedia I shows a pool and the pools empty this has happened atleast 4 locations in the past 3 months.

The website said they sereve breakfast but I do not consider packaged Honey buns and coffee to be breakfast there was also no coffee maker in the rooms can't belive I paid 90 dollars and got Honey buns.

Beware the bites.

Older place but some updates and appeared clean, but the one sleeping nearest the bathroom got his leg chewed up. Didn’t see evidence of bedbugs but the mattress and box spring in our room were zipped into some sort of sacks and we didn’t unzip them. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast wasn’t much. Pillows were all very firm.

As soon as I saw the dirty exterior door, I had a bad feeling. I arrived midafternoon, and decided I did not want to stay all night, so laid down to nap with the intent to just drive into Santa Fe that day after a rest. My rest was unesy because I felt little things hopping onto my legs. I had to leave quickly. Yecch.

Terrible Housekeeping room 204!

The check-in was fine, pleasant night staff but we arrived late and claimed the last room. The bathtub was never cleaned and had hair all throughout. There was food left in the fridge, a tube of lip balm in the room, and dirty unvacuumed areas of the room. We received cleaning supplies for the tub and when i told the manager in the morning about the rest, all i got was excuses. I pointed out the terrible customer service i got on top of everything else along with attitude and received a half-hearted apology.

Horrible place.

Rude lady on reception (Christy). Room dirty. Net curtains filthy. Stained sheets. When I went and asked for new bedding, she couldn’t even be bothered to stop her cell phone conversation! Went and got bedding, just handing it over the counter without a word. Changed the bedding myself. Then a Cockroach ran across the room. Husband reported it to receptionist, who just said she’d ‘log it’. You advertise warm hospitality, clean, comfortable rooms where everything works (the WiFi was very intermittent and not ‘high speed’ as advertised in reception). The pool was out of action, which was not on the booking site! Breakfast poor. The only saving grace was the shower was very good.
