Nice clean place to stay in Alma. Hotel has been freshly painted on the exterior and the interior was updated. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

It was a lovely stay. Not many shopping pleases in the area you’ll have to drive about 30-40 mins to get to a bigger town. Loved the room. Parking lot was small and workers took up most of the spots a little after 5.

This property is ungoing renovations, so the area outside the room was understandably messy. But the areas that have been finished, including much of our room, are lovely. The lobby and dining room are great, and our room is only missing updates on some of the furniture items. The price was GREAT - best we found on our travels - and the young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful.

For the price of the stay, this hotel was perfectly adequate. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. It is walking distance to eateries. My only suggestions are to drain and clean the pool and to invest in thicker blankets. The top blanket is as thin as the sheet requiring the heat to be turned on. Otherwise, a good stay when you just need a clean place to lay your head.

It worked for what we needed. The property has contract workers basically living there. They take up all the parking and the while place smells like a pot farm. Did not feel comfortable just walking around at night. The pool definitely needs a lot of attention and The free breakfast needs help too.

The room was clean until we went to pull out the couch bed and it was stained with some kind of brown red stuff and was nasty. The pool has bugs and trash in it. When we checked in the customer service was poor. He coildnt get us our key fast enough as if us being there and him having to do is job was to much. I wouldnt suggest this hotel to anyone if you want a clean facility and good customer service.

The Hotel is under construction, not disclosed at time of booking. The entire grounds of this Hotel were dirty mostly due to the construction. The hotel staff was unprofessional, They looked not as a hotel staff should. Not dressed professionally nor were they well articulated. When ask the view the room I was spoken to as if I was insulting the management staff. The room itself was said to be re-done. Floors, paint and a new bathroom shower. However not any bathroom fixtures at all where new, old beds & bed comforters with cigarette wholes in them. Stained sheets & towels. Toilet was leaking around based. Refrigerator was a rust bucket and microwave looked like it fell down a flight of stairs. Advised management but nothing was addressed. The demographics of the hotel was not comfortable either, allot of people handing outside their rooms and drinking and smoking taking place. Did feel at ease to say the least. I truly hope this sends a reality check to this hotel establishment. Get you act together. It a same cause there is only one other option and that place was a complete Sh#t hole. In conclusion, I will never stay at this Hotel again. Hotels.com need to also do a better job of vetting your list of accommodations.

I have stayed in this hotel in the past and it was about average then. They have made amazing updates since. My room almost looked brand new it was clean the staff where friendly and i will be back. Also thank you for being one of the few hotels that offer smoking rooms
