When we arrived there was a couple in front of us trying to get refunded for their room because of roaches. After they left I asked if I could just cancel my room instead of checking in. The man at the front desk tried to tell us the couple was lying about the bugs in the room. We agreed to check-in and inspect the room, but what was so strange was the man said "Are you going to give me $100 if there's no roaches?" We personally didn't see any but only stayed there overnight. SKIP THIS PLACE

Not awful, but not great either. Our air unit didn't work- the manager was kind and came to fix it (but it stopped working again shortly after). Room was stuffy and a little musty but overall clean enough.

Not worth the price

Rundown place, terrible parking and parking lot broken concrete and uneven. Old building. Rooms super small. Broken outlets. Super small bathroom and we stayed in a “suite”. No amenities. Only plus was that it was literally next to freeway entrance.

Rooms definitely need some attention. Wall not repaired and painted where toilet paper dispenser had been moved. Bathroom door had to be lifted to close. Screws in hinges coming out. Lights by the bed were not working. Would be nice to have a place to charge your phone close to the bed.

Well priced near downtown SLO

It was the cheapest place I could find around San Luis Obispo making a last minute booking on a Friday night. I needed a place crash and it served my needs. No frills, but everything was adequate.

We had a late check in, and called ahead to make sure it was 1) ok, and 2) to update time of arrival. When we arrived, the night manager(?) was very gruff. He spoke so softly that it was incredibly hard to hear what he was saying, and he was very short with us. Our room was nice. The fridge leaked ice(?) or water(?) all over the floor, so we used hand towels to clean that up. There was a loud "drip" noise that we heard all night- that was frustrating, as we couldn't tell where it was from. Finally, parking was near impossible to obtain- I was only able to park onsite because someone left. I was glad I didn't need to interrupt the night manager for help with that. All in all, it was a fine visit. With a few tweeks, it could be a good visit.

It was nice, big, spatial room, great location and price, if you’re booking little bit ahead of time! There is something I didn’t feel comfortable about… when I was checking out, I had my friend picking me up, and I was ready and packed, with my door open and ready to go, at the time of check out… but when my friend had arrived little bit after the checkout time, the attitude of the person who checked me in was not very pleasant…. But who cares about that I guess… It is nice, clean, big rooms place to stay! I will come back if I will be travelling there again!

The room looked runned down. The TV Wall mount was missing screws that were supposed to be attached to the wall, making the TV almost fall off the mount. The toilet had a crack on the lid. The "Clothing Rack" was low on the floor and was in the bathroom.

Dont stay here unless you cant find anywhere else to stay . The staff is unkind i booked online check in time is after 3pm i was told my reservation was only going to be held until 630pm gps put us there at 622pm . I have traveled before and usually reservations are good until midnight because of traffic and other issues. The office staff is very rude. The place was dirty and furniture was ran down . Almost like the office staff gave us the worst room on purpose . The outside second floor ealk way is hazardous. Its uneven and weak in certain places .Almost like you can fall through. I seen a bug in the bathroom (baby roach )and im pretty sure the rest of its family was lurking in the walls and furniture. The coffee maker didn't work . Just awful stay . But it was a last minute trip and everything else was booked .lesson learned book ahead in a better hotel .
