This is an amazing place. I travel all Over the world and just wished there were more of these hotels over the globe. Great place, excellent big rooms and beds. Mini bar with a great selection. Daniel at the front desk was so helpful and kind. I stayed with my yorkie and the stuff was kind to him, what else can I ask for. The restaurant service was nice. Location is good. Located at a neighborhood full of history.

The lady and the check in was beyond efficient. Got through everything super clearly. Parking is just around the corner and you can get it paid at the hotel itself. Not a real 4**** hotel, service must improve.

No more than 3 out of 5 stars to rate my experience: the building is fine, but in general I did not get a real 4**** hotel experience as far as the service is concerned: I had to complain to get the towels changed in the 2 rooms that paid for, while they had simply taken the ones left on the floor (wet, and with some clear stains) and folded them again, very unacceptable. And not a real smoke free hotel either: somebody from the staff was smoking while cleaning the terrace where the rooms open on the 4th floor on 26/08/2025 at 09:45, unacceptable.

Gostei muito de ter escolhido este hotel para minha estadia em Viena. Fica bem localizado, bem próximo ao metrô, pontos de ônibus e vários pontos turísticos, hotel bastante limpo, com funcionários simpáticos e com bastante conforto. O quarto é bem amplo, eu chuveiro delicioso. Recomendo!
