Staff were nice enough. Pillows are horrible, everyone complained that they were overstuffed, I barely slept all week and part due to altitude part due to the pillows being so uncomfortable. Mainly super annoyed the restaraunt is closed and they did not think to upgrade the cafe. For a stay this expensive, I was disappointed. I have stayed here before and it was way better.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Peaks! The staff were very welcoming and our room was very well appointed. There are fabulous views from every corner of the property and many areas to sit and enjoy the beauty. We are at the restaurant, Altezza, more th a once and enjoyed everything we tried.
