Pros: The room was in good condition. The location is great and the staff was very kind. It is an easy walk to SU and there are some great restaurants and cafes nearby. Cons: There is no gym as was indicated online, which was a disappointment. Children were running and playing in the hallway at 12:45am, and drywall was falling off the ceiling near the elevator.
