The only issue from the last stay was that I didn't receive the room I paid for (I paid for the king w/ sofa so I could work) and got something different I made it work for this trip. We stopped for the night in the middle of a long drive. Dinner in South Bend, near the University of Notre Dame, then another half hour to our room. The hotel and its staff perfectly met our needs. It was clean, quiet and pretty well-maintained. Our bathroom showed some noticeable wear but the bedroom was great. We only met the front clerk in passing, but they came across as good people, helpful and professional.

Elevator bumpy! Shower does not drain. Water pressure is terrible. Hotel needs remodeled. Breakfast was good. Very disappointed with the Hilton brand on this stay! Key did not work. Had to have guest service let us in our room. Please make changes. Thank you!
