First of all this is a motel - NOT a hotel. Room was fine but the air conditioning and TV did not work. Location is terrible on the busiest part of Biscayne. Literally drag racing all night and several loud fights across the street at the 24 hour McDonalds. We booked because we were looking for a single cheap night before our cruise. Do yourself a favor and spend a bit more for a better experience - and a good night’s sleep - somewhere else.

A small and basic hotel that offers unbeatable value for money. The location is excellence - the shops at midtown, target, whole foods and trader joe's all at walking distance, the neighborhood is centrally located and close to the airport, beach and downtown.

Das Zimmer war sauber, doch es roch dafür stark nach Reinigungsmittel. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers (Zimmer mit 2 Queenbetten) war etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Unteranderem ging der Föhn nicht. Entgegen der Bestätigungsmail gab es keinen kostenlosen Kaffee bei der Rezeption. Dieser war nur käuflich zu erwerben. Der Außenereich war liebevoll gestaltet, doch die Hauptstraße direkt am Hotel und der nahen Highway dafür dermaßen laut, dass es nur schwer war, zur Ruhe zu kommen.

There were several places to eat and shop within walking distance. 15min drive from airport and to cruise port. Everything was nice. Hotel was nice but needs some work. There were stains on the towels, black in the showers and some hair on the towels. Beds were comfortable, sheets clean and room tidy. My favorite part is it’s not carpet in the rooms so it doesn’t smell like other hotels with musty carpet.

Rooms were tired and needing some upkeep. Mold in bathroom, and stains on walls and floor. In a rough area with lots of noise all night. Only stayed one night prior to heading out on a cruise.

Worst place to stay at the rooms smell I found hair in my refrigerator and it definitely wasn’t mine. I have bright red hair and I found brown hair in my refrigerator. My microwave did not wanna open. I had to unplug it and unplug it back-and-forth it to even open and the crew all knew about it and did absolutely nothing. I had pictures if anyone wants to say otherwise that I’m lying.

The room was rated 7.5/10. It was a 0/10 for us. The biggest concern was our room had a horrible toxic stench that made us feel sick. There were no windows. The bathroom had hair in the shower and was not clean. There was a used water bottle with a hair dangling out of it. The bottom of the bathroom door and front door looked like an animal had bitten through the wood. The front desk/management denied any ownership or responsibility in correcting these issues. We could not stay in that room for even an hour let alone sleep there for a night. Our room was in the corner down a hallway set apart from the other rooms and it was disgusting.
