10/10 Exceptional

Best rates in the area, walking distance to Miami Beach, tons of restaurants, convenient and affordable parking!

6/10 Good

The location is great if you want to be by all the store and close to the beach. The bathroom was a little outdated and tv channels are not great . But overall the beds are comfy and the location was a plus for the price .

2/10 Poor

The place was cramped and dirty on the outside with homeless people sitting on the front stoop. The inside looked so dated and truly disgusting. We decided not to stay the night

Not the best in very kept, poor condition, just a very not nice hotel to stay.In most likely would only stay in here if I really needed to
Benjamin, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Needs a remodel. Feels like 1970 except for the lack of carpets. Hard shoes in the hallway echo and walls are thin. Noisy fridge that is better unplugged. Cracks and rust and stains everywhere. Despite the ugliness, it feels clean, safe, and the check-in/out was smooth. No hidden fees.

2/10 Poor

The rooms will run down horrible they never refunded our security deposit they said no we had to sign out when we checked out we checked out at 5:00 in the morning there was nobody at the front desk so they literally stole our $50 I'll never stay there again worst experience of my life
Al, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

Could not stay in that hotel. Room smelled like smoke. Hotel smelled like mold. Cleaning supplies in lobby THIS HITEL SHOULD MOT BE ADVERTISED ON EXOEDIA. Sleezy.
Diane, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Guests placed trash in the hallway daily. Elderly homeless woman soiled herself and urinated while walking down the hallway. She appears to be homeless and roams the property. When I informed the front desk they said she lives there. If you want your room clean you have to go to front desk to request and even then they may not show up Disaster. Don't let your worst enemy stay at this place.... correction, definitely let your worst enemy stay here but other than that stay far away

Basic

It was a very basic hotel. It was one of the cheapest hotels I could book at the last minute. It is an old and cheap motel but nothing was terrible about just not a motel I would stay in again.
1-night trip

2/10 Poor

The Place is a Total Scam, Showed picture of the Hotel is a lie, place actually is a totally different building and it looks like out of service, Even the Check in is a different building. Rooms are dirty and even with mold. Furniture is broken, floors are full of hair, dirty Sheets, with thing that look like hair or tiny bugs. Rusted Fridge, bathrooms full of hair, My reservation included a Queen bed, the actual one was at most a Full bed, falling apart.
Manuel, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Very old, not clean too expensive for this hotel
Haldun, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Terrible! One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, it's actually like a transient or vagrant housing that also rents rooms. Brown water, no lock on the door, extra $50 for parking per night, and high rates as they gouges us because of the hurricane Milton. No cafe as mentioned, and the picture IS NOT the hotel, but a view from the front door. Staff was very rude and unhelpful at every turn, we couldn't even get blankets for our second day there No refunds - buyer beware! Expedia cannot help
erik, 2-night trip

This place is just terrible!
Websline, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

It should be called the dirty disgusting hostel

Bed was wore out and sunk in the middle Bathroom was disgusting Hallway to room was dirty, floor was sticky in hallway, bags of trash on the floor in hallway, dirty blankets in door way to prop it open!!!! No rag just 2 dingy towels, glad I had my own and I had alcohol and cleaning supplies because it was definitely needed
2-night trip

6/10 Good

Clean! Lots of access to restaurants and the beach. Literally needed a place to stay for my 17hr layover in Miami. Not a 5 or even 3star hotel. Very basic but it was clean and comfortable for my short stay
Nikita-Marie, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

You get what you pay for, I had very low expectations coming in and it wasn't as bad as other reviews. If you expect 4 stars and up, get ready to pay 2 or 3 times as much. Not too noisy considering the area and that I got a room towards the rear of the building. Clean sheets, plenty of toiletries upon request, central a/c and hot water won me over. South Beach is very humid and wear and tear is within reasonable parameters.
