Nice, well kept property (if on the older side). Super convenient to groceries and local restaurants, and tons of parking. Right off the freeway, and a close jog to the Blue River Cross Country course.

Good and bad, overall good.

The good: We arrived early in the morning and was promptly greeted. Our check-in was simple and quick. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on in a hotel. The hotel was quiet and restful. The bad: the room had a funny smell to it, not bad just funny. The breakfast was very lacking. In fact, we never ate there because it was unappetizing. Eggs, sausage, bread, waffles, cereal, and fruit was the extent of it. The eggs were dried out and nasty looking. I would highly recommend that they rethink breakfast. Other than that, it was an enjoyable stay.

This is pretty much an average hotel, maybe a cut above. Really liked the room.

Average hotel - great location but nothing special

We’ve stayed here many times Hotel is clean and close to shopping, restaurants, etc It can use some updating- some peeling of the Sheetrock in the bathroom, tub could use a good scrubbing. Breakfast had limited options - cheaper than going out for sure but it was ok. Would stay again

It was fine to stay close to the XC course and have quick access to Aldi and Walmart, but the rooms are basic and dated. Hotel staff was accommodating when I asked to either have fresh linens or switch rooms after finding stains on the bed as soon as we walked in.

Property is showing its age, but staff was accommodating and took good care of us. Room a/c wasn’t working when we got there but front desk staff took care of it quickly. Room was comfortable and good sized, but entry floor needed to be mopped. Breakfast was pretty meager, but consistent with what most hotels do these days. Convenient location and good price. We would stay there again.
