No we had to change rooms because the TV wasn’t working and the staff at the front desk was very rude then we changed rooms and the heat or air wasn’t working people were very loud and running in the hallways all night it wasn’t a good trip for me on Valentines Day weekend it was suppose to be all love in the atmosphere but not there at all 😢

This was such a great experience, the staff is top notch, Larry in the front desk is the heart of that whole place and I wish i could’ve taken him home with me! The food in the morning and service was amazing and we didn’t have one issue… they even helped with luggage and suggestions on places to see ! Will not stay anywhere else when we come back !

The hotel is outdated and dirty looking. The hotel room was ok. We waited at the airport for 20 minutes or so waiting for the hotel shuttle. No one came. We took a taxi for $25 to get to the hotel. Still not available at checkout so Uber was another $15. Breakfast was food. Waffles, pancakes, and a few muffins and bagels. Very disappointing.
