Every member of the staff was so friendly and kind. When they found out we we were celebrating our anniversary, they surprised us with chocolate covered strawberries and wine. My daughters and I loved seeing the sea turtles every day. This place is truly magical.

It needs more breakfast options. It’s either buffet or a deli that has very limited options. The restaurant Browns is also a little dated. It needs more shade for everyone at the beach. There’s no where to view the ocean in the shade.

Friendly staff, amenities we really liked - in and out self parking or valet parking, free towels for on or offsite beach activities, cold water dispensers everywhere (to refill water bottles), 24/7 well equipped gym and the cool silicone room key wristbands, spacious rooms with plenty of outlets/USB/USB-C, double sinks and showers was a win! Great location (didn’t rain compared to Kona, Hilo, etc.) near several cool/convenient shopping/food - 5-10 minute drive or walkable too - some excellent beaches nearby too.

I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about Fairmont! The entire place felt like paradise and the staff was so welcoming and helpful. I never felt more relaxed in my entire life. Also, be warned...their room service food is TOP NOTCH so you'll be spending a pretty penny if you're like me and can't resist deliciousness at all hours of the day lol! I just love Fairmont and would go back in a heart beat. We celebrated my mom's birthday and they made her feel so special :) Thank you to everyone at Fairmont that made this possible!!!

The hotel is beautifully located and absolutely serene. However, there were a few details lacking. The food options were limited and repetitive, and tasted mediocre at best. It was disappointing considering what one would expect from a Fairmont. While the rooms were large, and bathrooms gorgeous, the pillows were as thin as envelopes. The little details that distinguish a good hotel from a great hotel were lacking. Overall lovely stay, but would say it fell short of excellence.

My family and I stayed here for five nights and were pleasantly surprised to arrive to an upgraded room! Ren at the front desk was amazing and sent up some fruit for our arrival and was kind enough to gift two stuffed turtles for my two sons, she truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay started off right! The property was perfect for my family, lots of space for my four-year-old son to run around, the lagoon was essential, and the pool was always clean. We went during a week that wasn’t too busy so there was no issues finding lounge chairs ever, and we also booked a few daybeds during our stay, which were nice. The staff was always helpful and nice, and it was especially nice to have self-serve laundry on site. We’ll definitely be back!
