Check in process was easy and the staff spoke english as well. A good walking distance to the shopping strips. They do offer luggage delivery to hotels. There were new towels everyday which was amazing! And the best part was that the tsukiji fish market was just down the street from the hotel!

Laundry was great to have, could possibly use more machines as it was hard to find the machines free for use. Location was fantastic, just down the road from Tsukiji fish markets and a short walk from multiple konbinis and public transport. Would stay again!

There is nothing really around this hotel (small Lawson and Starbucks down the street) so if you like quiet, this place is for you. The rooms are very small. The bed is hard. The pillow is a beanbag. It’s a far walk from the station when your feet are tired and the stairs to come out of the station are brutal. Other than that, the hotel is clean and the staff is nice.
