Was awaken by someone trying to get into my room. The front desk staff gave person a key to my room. Staff tried to assist get into my room. At this point, I threw the door open where he looked shocked and say he didn't know anyone was in that room. No sleep after that.

Mostly, we needed a bed for the night, 1/2 way through our trip to Ohio. Bed was very comfortable, room was warm and plenty of room. Good WiFi. Disappointing breakfast (only waffles) but the price was so affordable that I'm surprised there was any breakfast at all. Thank you so much for a good night's stay!

The room we were given was 205 and it was so outdated. The AC didn’t work at all. After the room being 80 degrees with the sun down we asked the desk if there was anything they could do. They moved us across the hall to 206 which thankfully the AC blew like Antarctic winds. The sink didn’t drain. Breakfast is advertised as hot. The only thing hot was waffles. Pool bottom was full of debris and matter from the pool itself being in need of repair. Our beds in both rooms harbored trash from previous tenants on the floor surrounding. Truly didn’t feel like it was worth the money.

Got to the room jumped in the shower after working 14 hours turned off shower and noticed no towels. Only a small one for floor mat and one hanging off the hook on the back of the door. Looked down at the toilet paper holder and only a few squares with no spare. Looked down at the carpet in front of sink outside bathroom saw blood stains all over floor. Didn’t look like they had been there very long. Went to the phone to call front desk phone did not work. Extremely skimpy continental breakfast.

This place is very sketchy and run down. My first room hot water didnt work and AC wasnt working either. Next room was better but the carpet im the halls are stained and everything just seems eww. Parking lot is nasty and has ppl just chilling and smoking. I didnt mean to book this location but they wouldnt let me change locations so thats highly!!! Unfortunate. Definitely dont recommend. I even heard another guest complain and say their room wasnt even cleaned!..eww. The front desk guy was nice but i feel sorry for him. Hope he finds a better place to work.

Nice room, greater service

The room was clean and well laid out. It was a handicap room. When I noticed the toilet seat was very loose, I saw the maintenance man in the hallway, and told him what I found. He immediately came and fixed the issue without hesitation. Great service…nice to see.

Not a bad place to stay

I was nervous about staying here after the reviews recently but they seem like they were not happy people. Checking in was easy, breakfast was great and stocked well. You can tell the building is older and there is just some stuff that doesn't come clean. The bed was comfortable and we loved the pillows. The bathroom was the only part that made us nervous, the shower curtain was screwed into some wood that was barely attached to the wall. All in all if you need a place to sleep and shower this was quiet, comfortable and budget friendly. I would stay here again.

The staff was friendly. The room was not clean. The comforter was dirty, the bathroom walls were dirty, the bed was so uncomfortable (it was very worn out). Although the staff was pleasant I wouldn’t stay there again because of the lack of cleanliness.

When I was looking for a hotel, I was looking for an indoor pool. This hotel had an indoor pool but it was not heated. I guess that was my bad for not making sure it said "heated" indoor pool. The water was quite chilly!

Breakfast had a good self serve selection with good coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is unkept. Weeds, cigaret buts all over. No outdoor seating area. Pool closed. Hallways unkept. Cobwebs.

This was not a good stay at all! We were on the ground level with a window that would not lock. There was no hot water. The room was in complete disrepair. We felt very unsafe. No vending machines and no ice. Would not stay there again.
