The water pressure was poor and the shower head only had one setting. There were no toiletries (shampoo, conditioner or bodywash). I guess I did not realize that this hotel was for people who were staying and had their own items. We were supposed to stay in a "joined" room and they only had rooms available on different floors. Housekeeping is at request only and the front desk closes at 10:30pm (no one in the office). The location was nice, parking was good and the air conditioner worked great!! I did not see any bugs but everything felt a bit sticky and maybe could have used another wipe down. Not the worst place but I most likely will not be staying here again.

The people here make all the difference!!! When I broke my shoulder they allowed me to walk my dog in the courtyard so he wouldn't be there exposed to other dogs and pull me. He is very friendly. Joe is great and very helpful. Roosevelt is diligent in keeping the lobby and public areas clean.

Rose, is wonderful she is terrific at keeping the public spaces clean and fresh smelling. She always has a greating. She worked her butt off making the stairwell clean, I don't have to hold my breath getting in or out of the building Chris is amazing he has great energy and a good smile.
