Really nice hotel, absolutely fantastic staff and very cool common areas. Gym is really decently equipped but a bit too warm in there- which is a general theme. The room was real hot and it’s not possible to lower the temp- you have to check with Mission Control or something. This was the only complaint along with the fact that the room lighting is SO LOW you can’t do your make up in a decent light 😂😂 Maybe the kitchenette and cups could have done with being a little more polished/clean.

The hotel was young and trendy, perhaps I’m a bit older than there target market. Location was execellent, very central but fairly quiet. The room/apartment was clean and smelled strong of cleaning products. The towels smelled too much of chlorine, which is both good and bad. It was also convenient to have all the stuff we need to make food in the room. Generally, no complains about the room. However, we extended our stay for one night and on our last night, my husband got stuck in the lift for more than half an hour. The staff were helpful assisting us but the only compensation offered was a room upgrade and free breakfast, which we didn't avail of since it would have been an extra hassle to move rooms and we left really early the next day to catch our flight. We haven't been contacted since we left.
