Great resort, modern Apt, clean, lovely food&staff

Great Apt, clean, beautiful view over the golf course and mountains/sea beyond, very quiet so slept unusually well (it was late April and quiet in the resort), indoor pool to ourselves & lovely swim, super 3 course meal (3 choices for each course) & fab breakfast buffet plus lovely staff. Never felt so relaxed in a hotel, but maybe got lucky with it being a quiet month.

Las instalaciones eran de 10! El personal muy agradable. Fui con mi hija para acudir al concierto de los 20 años de David Bisbal y el recepcionista nos facilito incluso un mapa con las indicaciones para llegar. Habia un piano negro precioso y a mi hija le habria gustado haber tocado alguna pieza pero estaba cerrado con llave y nos dio cosa preguntar, pero es algo totalmente comprensible ya que no saben si quien va a tocar sabe, o si por el contrario lo va a aporrear. Volveremos seguro

Me gustó la atención del personal y el lugar. Me pareció un poco limitada la comida de la cafetería y restaurante. Para el lugar tan increíble que es, esperaba que hubiera más variedad y calidad.

Las instalaciones son espectaculares, pero no tienen suficiente mantenimiento. La piscina es autodesbordante, pero no está llena, por lo cual no hace su función de filtración y en la superficie hay demasiados residuos, avispas, pelos, plumas… El personal hace lo que puede, pero brilla la falta de profesionalidad, ponen su empeño, pero no saben como hacerlo mejor. Es una pena que esas instalaciones tengan una mala gestión de recursos. Importante la zona de Apartamemtos está en 3 plantas por debajo de recepción y sin ascensor ni iluminación nocturna, hay que cargar maletas rodando y con escaleras como si se tratara de un tercero. Cuidado con escalones, maderas sin atornillar y cajas registros abiertos por el suelo. Es recomendable por las instalaciones, pero no por recibir una trato a la altura de su categoría. Aún así volvería por su precio calidad.

Séjour très décevant !

Séjour décevant. Cet hôtel ne devrait pas avoir 5 étoiles, mais plutôt 3 ou 4. Ménage 1 fois en 1 semaine. Plusieurs choses abîmées ou cassées dans la chambre. Le personnel est très mal organisé. Le personnel de l'accueil pas du tout sympathique. Piscine envahie par les mouches. Petit déjeuner convenable. Le dîner est très décevant. La nourriture est intégralement réchauffée et industrielle.

Mediocre es poco, incluso es peligroso alojarse en estos apartamentos. Turismo debería realizar inspección y cerrarlos. El estado del entorno de los apartamentos es de total abandono. Entre el edificio exterior y el edificio interior debes transitar de noche por un camino sin iluminación ninguna con una tapadera medio hundida y que se mueve. Alguien había perdido una sandalia en ese camino y allí estuvo los dos días que estuvimos allí. Ni un empleado al que acudir. La tv sin señal y sin agua caliente. Es una estafa

Difficile et sûrement impossible de trouver mieux en terme de qualité et de tarif autour d'Almeria. Les appartements viennent d'être restaurés, avec goût et le cadre, les piscines contribuent à cette appréciation favorable et sans réserve. Une note particulière pour la disponibilité du personnel qui d'ailleurs parle parfois le français et c'est assez rare. dans

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour. En hors-saison et en pleine pandémie, le complexe ressemblait plus à un village fantôme qu'à un hôtel.. :) Mais cela doit être différent en haute-saison ! Le logement quant à lui était parfait, il nous a offert un très bon dépaysement avec le réveil avec vue sur le golf, la mer et le chant des oiseaux. Le logement comportait tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Nous recommandons !
