Room was decent. Could of been a bit cleaner (cobwebs, spider in the window, stains on the walls and roof, bathrub was stained and the shower drain was slightly plugged) but for 100 dollars a night it was good. Bed was comfortable and appeared clean

Friendly Staff, hotel at one time was a super nice hotel and has been a bit neglected. The room was ok along with the bed. It was a good place to spend the night for the price.

Friendly staff, gave me a up grade with mountain, lake view and a king size bed. Room was nice and big but need to focus on cleaning. The carpet had stains on it and spiderwebs on the light fixture and bathroom cabinet had types on it. Other than that, we had a good time.

Location was great, parking was convenient. Staff were nice. Otherwise very run down hotel, definitely in need of a serious face-lift, plumbing was an issue, Lobby bathrooms mostly out of order and needed restocking and cleaning.

Parking was secure.
Mountain was fine.
The front door was broken. Amenities all long out of service.
Mould around all windows. Water stains on ceiling. Paint chipping and peeling everywhere. Front staff never available.
This place should be condemned.

When we arrived, the room was stifling hot, but they brought us an air conditioner and that made it much more pleasant. Some upgrades would make it a much better property. It was an okay stay for our first time in Harrison. The bedding needs to be upgraded, ripped pillow cases, old pillows and mattresses. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

I didn't like the uncleanliness of the property or the fact that there was no air conditioners.. the positive point about the property was it's location. We were a block from the beach. Just lots of little restaurants and ice cream shops around it. And the one staff member said he would get us an air conditioner for the next day, and he did

Pictures on Hotels.com do the place justice. Person on the desk not very talkative coming off almost unfriendly. Room was a pet friendly room which may account for the dirty carpet. But the cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and walls, plus dirty walls in the bathroom should not have mattered even in a pet room. The bedding on the beds were very clean and felt freshly laundered. If we were staying more then one night, we would have moved the next day.

The staff that we saw, all two of them were courteous and helpful. However the room they put us in was awful, dirty carpets, filthy grout in shower and a view of a very neglected couirtyard.
We requested another room and they did move us but it was not much better. There was chipped paint on the furniture and walls and dirty carpets. The hallways were also very shabby.
Do yourself a favour and DO NOT stay here.

First night there was zero heat and we froze all night and the toilet stopped working.
They moved us to a different room the second night and gave us a space heater.. The heat not working was a known issue but we were not told about it. Not happy with our stay.
