Perhaps the rudest staff we’ve experienced One good manager named Hunter tried to make it right All the rest were angry bitter that they had to work and forgot the basics of hospitality. Snippy, whiny attitudes across several encounters. Also; the rooms are LOUD due to hallway noise even if you are far from the elevator I would suggest any other hotel at same price range over this. Will not be back. We love Andaz in Scottsdale etc.
