The staff was very nice, but the room was awful. It had a really bad smell and the toilet kept running. When I went and took the top off the tank to try to stop the water from running, I saw a row of some kind of insect cocoons running along the back of the tank. Yuck.

Being met by no human being, only seeing them through a kiosk screen was very unnerving, I hate this. Seriously, I'll avoid places that have these installed (except for after hours use). I got the jacuzzi suite, so I assumed our room would be on the first floor. No. 3rd floor. Also, there was no elevator. I haven't climbed stairs in over 10 years, and I can't believe i made them up and down the stairs twice. I'm young and look healthy, but my hips and a knee have been replaced. I have no business on stairs. The jacuzzi was AMAZING! It was so clean, I get so grossed out with the thoughts. In fact, I'm very happy with the shape the room was in- very clean.

Chose this hotel strictly for the hot tub in room. So got reservation for the King Suite with jetted tub. Highest room rate in the hotel. Got into room, filled hot tub and pressed the ON button. Some noise was made, a motor started running and a very weak stream of water came from 2 of the 15 or so jets. Went and spoke with on call manager/desk attendant and asked if I was missing something. Was told no and seemed shocked something was wrong. Was told come see him in the morning. Does nothing to rectify situation. Go to checkout and now that guy is gone and have to deal with the "kiosk" attendant. Told him of the issue and was told he would forward to management so it would not happen again. No offer or effort to correct the situation with my reservation. As of this writing that same room is available for rent at the same hotel. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL PERIOD! Will be telling my story on all my social media to keep someone else from getting screwed by this hotel.

My room was never cleaned my entire stay from 12/30/25 to 01/03/26. I had to exchange my own towels at the front desk everyday. I reported to front desk house cleaning issue. Nothing was done about it. On 01/02/26 a cleaning staff asked if i wanted my room serviced. I replied yes and the staff never came to clean it. The rooms had patches on the wall from previous holes. A flyer was passed around to day on new years day cleaning services wouldn't be available. I never seen a hotel do this. If I could give a rating of zero I would. When it comes to the breakfast food , there was no meat selection. The meat that was available was inside of a pot of gravy with biscuits that's not a proper way of serving food, no one even knows what the meat is. This place seems very ghetto. The carpet on the stairs were green and ugly.The smell of the hotel was of weed. The staff looked high. This was such a very terrible experience to go through being there for a funeral. Due to the fact that I was there , I had many other family members to book at this hotel only to experience such horrible service. I will not ever visit this location again and I will inform my family to do the same and others.

As soon as you get out of car you get slammed to the ground with the smell of pot. It’s also not mentioned anywhere I noticed that this hotel try’s to charge on your card an extra $100 deposit. Or you can do it in cash and get it right back at check out. Sorry but our next trip to Kansas City area I will stay little farther out at Whiteman AFB and be able to pass a drug test without just the contact high. Plus there where people right up against building late at night smoking and talking being load, then slamming doors at 0615 in the morning. The bath tub had a reddish stain in bottom of it
