Booked four rooms with TRIP INSURANCE. The last couple wasn't able to make it. The hotel called repeatedly for payment of the fourth room even though it was supposed to be "pay at check-in". The hotel threatened to cancel all of the rooms if I didn't pay for the fourth one right then. I would not pay over the phone since it was "pay at check-in" so the hotel cancelled the fourth room from the itinerary, then charged my card for the room separately, so it is not covered under the insurance for this itinerary.
