One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to

What an absolute gem of a hotel. The lobby has some fantastic art. The room was immaculate. I had a double queen room for my daughter and I, we both agreed that the mattresses were some of the most comfortable we’ve ever stayed in. There’s a small public park next door that had roosters strutting around, awesome. This is an owner/operator hotel, and you can feel the difference. They care about this place. Every staff member was warm and inviting. 15 minute walk to Kaseya Center, 15 minute drive to South Beach. There’s an on-site parking lot with designated spots for the hotel. I don’t ever write reviews, but this place more than earned it.

The area around the property is very safe we were regularly approached by locals giving us suggestions of places to go and things to do. The staff also gave us amazing suggestions. Though the area didn’t seem as nice as south beach it felt a lot safer there were a few homeless people in bus shelters but that is typical of most major cities so was expected

Historic vibes in a cute boutique style motel, located at the edge of Downtown Miami in Overtown, which is away from the hustle and bustle yet conveniently situated between Wynwood and Brickell. Comfortable bed, clean room, cold a/c, free parking. Super friendly staff! I will be staying here again.

Loved meeting the owner. Such an amazing woman! The property is so close to a new shopping location with an Aldis, Burlington, and 5 Below! Loved the wonderful staff. Will be coming back for my next visit! There is a train close by but it put me to sleep.
