I arrived for my stay at the Super 8 hotel. I had called to confirm my hotel stay for the day before with 2 pets as I was in town for a dog show. The receptionist confirmed my reservation. I arrived and said my name. The receptionist asked if I still had 2 pets. I said "yes" and that I had 2 dogs. They then informed me that they have sold all their "pet rooms" for the evening because there was "some event going on". I very loudly explained that the "event" was the dog show that I was supposed to be reserved for. The man shrugged and reiterated that there were no pet rooms. Asked him what I was supposed to do at 7pm at night when I had a reservation. He shrugged again and said he didn't know. I told him I already paid for the hotel and wanted a refund. He told me that the person that handles all refunds wasn't in and I would have to figure out out at a separate time. I still have not received a refund and I never stayed at this location due to them selling their rooms even with a refund.
