6/10 不错

The room was fairly clean walls were horribly dirty though. They don't have air on at all in rooms so when we arrived it was 90 plus in the room took hours to cool off never got really cold like we like it and the beds are like rocks so hard!!! Then about 9 am they start cleaning and the house keeper parks a small child in a stroller in the hall in front of my do not disturb sign while she is in a room cleaning. The child is screaming and crying trying to get out of stroller, I step out into the hall and she looks at me and laughed. We rented the room for sleep after an overnight sleep study got in about 6 am and needed to rest to make 3 more doctors appointments that day. Room had recently been partially updated.

This is place is a joke and I would not ever recommend staying. #1 The hotel advertised a breakfast but they were out of everything. The lobby area where you would have a breakfast smelled so bad I thought it was sewer. #2 It is infested with roaches the size of Texas. We turned around and reported the bugs, asked for a refund and did not stay. The receptionist was suppose to get the information for refund emailed. i have not heard a word. You are taking a chance if you choose this place. ITS HORRIBLE!!

I don't know that I've ever stayed anywhere that made me feel quite as uncomfortable as this motel. The entire facility needed a thorough cleaning.

Please fix the drapes of the room. Staff was excellent. Parking easy. Property older but very clean except the drape in my room was broke.
真实点评

2/10 较差

The parking area was not marked clearly the room had crickets coming under the door. The room had a old bad smell. The exhaust fan in the restroom did not have a cover on it. The hotel was itself was in need of remodeling. It reminded me of a drug hotel.

Room and hotel was dirty- under our beds were old socks, white pills, a house shoe, food and a receipt from 6 months ago.

Horrible trash stay away

Smells just like cigarette smoke there is no smoke detectors. The beds feel like cardboard and the pillows feel like air. This has to be the worst hotel in Sherman, Texas.
