由於班機延誤，我們抵達蘭利公路洒店的時間剛過11點，我們打它的緊急連絡電話，一位婦人一直說辦公時間已過，堅持要我們第二天再來辦理住房登記，是的我們到達加拿大的第一天流落街頭，印象非常惡劣。

Well, it said that it had Wi-Fi and there was literally one bar so even when I was online, it kept cutting out the wallpaper had patches all over it. A big hole in the wall that was patched up with nails wallpaper was peeling off up in the corner paint on the door jams were completely chipped, and it only had one light switch which turned all the lights off or all the lights on which meant if you wanted to charge your phone next to the bed, you have to have the switch on and therefore there was three big lights right above the sink that were super bright and he couldn’t turn off separately. It was probably one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at, but like I said, the beds were comfortable. It seemed to be clean, but there wasn’t much in there to clean.

When I got there around 3pm the lady who checked me in was nice and friendly and said my room was ready. When I got to my room there was someone cleaning and vacuuming. I waited for aboit 25 minutes in my car then came back and my the guy in my room was still there. When I asked him when the room will be ready he said that he was not informed that the room was going to be given to me. I was then given another room and inside was cold and the place looked clean but didnt feel clean. In the washroom there was a light socket that had no light just the wires. There were permanent white stains on the sink counter. The longer I was there the colder it got. I checked out the same day I could not stay there.

I booked a luxury room based on the pictures shown on the website, but when I arrived, the room I was given was completely different—much simpler and lacking the amenities advertised. Despite bringing this to the staff’s attention, they still charged me for the luxury room. This feels like false advertising and poor customer service. If you’re booking here, be aware that what you see online may not be what you get. Definitely not worth the price.
