The hotel location is at a very good place where you can enjoy traditional food from Osaka. The train station was only about a 5 minute walk and the aquarium was a 10 minute walk. Super convenient location.

The beds and pillows were not soft and comfortable. Check-in was a struggle, as all codes and digital on a tablet in the lobby. No human contact. Couldn't get my passport scanned in to finish check-in. They need better instructions on how to operate door code keypads and check-in tablets. The room is big and amenities are sufficient. Good Access to food , shopping and entertainment. Area safe even for solo traveler. Close to train station and convenient stores. I stayed for 10 days, surprised that linens were not changed but they offer a $30 service charge for cleaning service. Recommended for stay especially if going to EXPO 2025.
