Lovely space, online photos of the apartment are accurate. The address is not 2 Queen St., but the cross street. Tram turns in front of building. Quite loud at night. Would recommend not booking the Queen Street view for that reason. Good location. Walking distance to the train station, St. Andrew's Square and good dining. We highly recommend Under the Table for dinner. Welcoming, warm atmosphere and lovingly prepared delicious food. Would stay here again, but in an apartment on the park side of the building.

The location is a short walk from St Andrew’s Sq, so you can take the tram to and from the airport. It’s also convenient to Waverley Train Station. Our apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The person at the desk when we checked-in was incredibly helpful. And that was important since the hotel isn’t always staffed. The keyless (smart phone based) system works well, but when the main door would be available was not clear until it was explained. If we had arrived after the front desk closed, I am not sure we would have know how to get in. Having no staff on site when a late night fire alarm went off wasn’t fun. (It was a false alarm, which was the best outcome, but it was also frustrating to not have someone who could be the primary contact with the fire department.) Is it a nice property—well kept, convenient—absolutely. But the staffing model in light of the number of rooms means it might not be for everyone.
