Location is the main reason to stay here if you need access to Miami Beach and the surrounding nightlife. The room was clean overall, but was falling apart at the seams. Don't expect to sleep soundly unless you bring earplugs...this area is hopping all night long.

Service was horrible we got there check in was at 4 pm we got there at 3 pm they told us rm was not ready they would call me and family went to eat down rd came back at 530 because never called then we were told at 6pm our room was still not ready cleaning people had not cleaned yet and still was not at 630 finally then they said had a rm ready we got to it and the ac was out in rm the blower motor was bad then they told us they didn't have another rm for us then they said found us another rm me and my family had to walk three blocks to another hotel no ride or nothing then they put us in a rm over at other hotel and tv would not work so asked about it was told maintenance was gone home for day so did not have a tv at all our trip was ruined messed around did not get to do things we had planned to do service and hotel experience was worst i ever had in life this place and service very bad rude and disrespectful i wouldn't advise at all

This was at other hotel the service was rude explained about no air and how we have been waiting since 3 o'clock and now was 7 pm and this lady at desk was very rude told us there was no ther rm for us after we flew from kentucky no manger to talk to

This was me and my family put outside to wait after went to room with no ac while they thought of something terrible

This is were they made us walk three blocks with luggage to another place with broken TV and like said took our whole day up we had planned

The room was very run down. Night stands were damaged, the mirror in the shower and walls were damaged, and tge window in tge room had duct tape covering something. The ac / heater had a bad smell coming from it. The elevator was broken on the day we checked out and no one offered to help with the luggage, going down 3 flights of stairs. They also chose not to put a sign on tge elevator to inform guests that it was broken.
